At Cooper’s Coffee, Eatery & Market, we take pride in providing high-quality products from our café, market, and farm. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including for perishable and non-perishable items, unless required by law.


 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase with:

 

Your order number or receipt

Photos of the damage or incorrect product


 

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.


 

PERISHABLE PRODUCT POLICY

Our perishable products (e.g., food, beverages, baked goods, farm-raised beef, honey, etc.) must be stored and handled according to the instructions provided. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling or delayed pickup/receipt.


 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

 

Once an in-store purchase has been completed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please inspect your items before leaving the store.


 

 

ONLINE ORDERS

All online orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. For perishable shipments, you must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
