Due to perishable item restrictions, we can only ship to residential addresses (no P.O. boxes). If a P.O. box is entered, our team will follow up, which may cause delays.
Your order is packed with care using insulated liners and dry ice to maintain safe temperatures. It's normal for beef to arrive partially thawed-- see refreezing info under Care Instructions.

Beef Care Instructions
Storage:
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Store at 0°F (-18°C) or lower for best quality.
- If refrigerated, use within 1–2 days.
Thawing Tips:
- For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- For quick thawing, submerge the sealed package in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.
- Do not thaw at room temperature, as this can promote bacterial growth.
Cooking:
- Cook beef to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Use within 3–4 days after thawing if kept refrigerated.
Refreezing:
- If your beef arrives partially thawed but still cold to the touch, it is safe to refreeze immediately.
- Beef can be refrozen if thawed in the refrigerator and has not been sitting out.
Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not cross-contaminate raw and cooked foods.
