A Jar Full of Story, Soul & Sunshine

This isn’t just honey—it’s heritage. Hand-harvested from the buzzing hives of our family farm and neighboring family farms, each jar is steeped in legacy, love, and the quiet rhythm of rural life.

Our bees roam freely across untouched pastures, far from cell towers and noise, gathering nectar from wild blooms under wide open skies. In this rare setting, they create one of the purest, most premium forms of raw honey—rich in golden color, velvety texture, and potent natural enzymes that nourish from the inside out.

Behind every jar is a family. Long days. Weather-worn hands. Generations rooted in hard work and the beauty of simplicity. This honey is a tribute to them—and a taste of something real.

Ingredients: 100% raw, unfiltered honey.

Size: 8 ounces

Harvested within a 30-mile radius only from our cafe.

Crystallization is natural. To return it to liquid form, simply warm gently in water (~100°F).

  • Raw Local Honey Care Instructions

Thank you for supporting local honey! Here’s how to keep your jar fresh and delicious:

    1. Store at Room Temperature

Keep your honey in a cool, dry place—no need to refrigerate. A pantry or kitchen cabinet is perfect.

    2. Avoid Heat & Sunlight

Extreme heat or direct sunlight can alter the flavor and natural properties of raw honey. Keep it away from stovetops or sunny windows.

    3. Crystallization is Normal

If your honey thickens or becomes grainy, don’t worry—that’s a natural sign of high-quality, raw honey. To return it to liquid form, place the jar in warm water (not boiling) and stir gently.

    4. Keep the Lid Tightly Sealed

This keeps moisture and unwanted particles out, preserving freshness and preventing fermentation.

    Shelf Life:

Raw honey can last indefinitely if stored properly! It’s nature’s original preservative.

Enjoy the golden goodness, straight from our farm to your home!
