Perishables Shipping Policy

We take great care in ensuring your grass-fed Angus sirloin steaks arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please review our frozen food shipping policy below:

Shipping & Packaging

All orders are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

We use express shipping (1-2 days) to ensure product quality and food safety.

All orders are processed on Wednesdays.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Due to shipping constraints, we may not ship to certain rural locations where reliable overnight or 2-day delivery is unavailable.

 

Delivery Timeframes

All orders placed by Tuesday, 11:59 p.m. will be shipped out on Wednesdays.

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in resolving issues.

 

Handling & Storage

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Upon arrival, immediately place items in the freezer. If slightly thawed but still cold, they can be safely refrozen.

 

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a certain amount.

 

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or thawed beyond safe consumption, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
