Everything we raise on our personal farm Red Acre Farms (5 miles from the cafe) like Angus beef, tallow, and honey, is used right inside our family CAFE and now shared here through our ONLINE FARM STORE.

DRY AGED
We dry age our beef for a minimum of 14 days to naturally deepen the flavor and tenderness. It's a time-honored process that enhances every bite - rich, satisfying, and worth the wait.

Handled with care. All of our beef is processed in a USDA-inspected facility that meets strict humane handling standards. From our family farm to your table, we hold every step to the highest level of care and cleanliness.
