The total price for a Whole Share is $6,950 ($999 deposit + $5,951 due at pickup or shipping). 
 
A whole beef share is an excellent investment for a family- it can stock your freezer for well over a year (for family of four), provide high-quality meals, and save money over time.
 
Sourced directly from our farm in Nelson, Missouri down the road from the cafe, this package offers approximately 500 lbs and consists of 50% premium cuts including steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita strips, stew meat, and more, while the remaining 50% is ground beef or burger patties. The specific cuts depend on your selections and the animal being processed.
 
You will need around 16 cubic feet of freezer space for a Whole Beef Share, and you can secure it with a $999 deposit today. The remaining $5,951 will be due prior to shipping or at pickup.

To secure your Whole Share today:
 
1.  Pay our $999 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.
 
2. We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet.
 
3. We are here to help. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately four weeks from your order date. We will process with a local USDA butcher and allow for the dry-aging process to tenderize the meat before packaging (takes a minimum of 14 days). See our FAQs for more information!
 
4. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from our facility or schedule your expedited delivery to your doorstep. Your remaining balance of $5,951 will be due at pickup or shipping.
