Storage:
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Store at 0°F (-18°C) or lower for best quality.
- If refrigerated, use within 1–2 days.
Thawing Tips:
- For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- For quick thawing, submerge the sealed package in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.
- Do not thaw at room temperature, as this can promote bacterial growth.
Cooking:
- Cook beef to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Use within 3–4 days after thawing if kept refrigerated.
Refreezing:
- If your beef arrives partially thawed but still cold to the touch, it is safe to refreeze immediately.
- Beef can be refrozen if thawed in the refrigerator and has not been sitting out.
