7 The word Customer Favorites

Remember name and greeted you with a good customer, so says a lot of marketing communications experts. The name is a word that is always fun to hear from the customers.

In your opinion, what words are preferred by your customers? What is the “cheap”? “Free”? Or, “bonus”? It’s not wrong. We all love bargains, especially for free. That’s why many sellers emphasize those words when dealing with customers.

I am not a marketing expert. Even I am also not a good marketer or seller. Seven words which I will list the following is not to indicate that I intend to become a marketing consultant. But because I am, and I believe we all, have more than enough experience to be a customer. As a customer we know what we would really like to hear from the seller because it can touch our hearts. And, the edges can close a transaction is not it?

1. The name.
While I was playing golf I have ever bought a pack of golf balls from a mother’s ex-mother. And then my golf ball supply was sufficient. My golfing buddies thought I was buying because of compassion for the mothers. I denied saying my friend and say that I buy golf balls because their mothers and called the salesman greeted me by name. I am touched that my name called in a good way. True what Dale Carnegie said, “Nothing is so sweet to a person than the sound of Their own name”.

2. Thank you.
Apparently the mothers of the used golf ball sellers know exactly how to be a good seller. After we exchanged a golf ball and his change he repeatedly say “thank you” earnestly, as if just completed a deal that saves valuable business day. I feel flattered and feel there is another meaning behind this simple buying and selling. Perhaps I exaggerated, but each buyer enjoys listening to the words “thank you” are spoken sincerely. This is the foundation of all good manners around the world.

3. Greeting.
But the purchase of a golf ball that will not happen if mothers seller a golf ball that does not greet me, “Good morning, Mr. Leo.” Although the seller and the buyer may already know each other well, hello is the key to opening all the doors relations. Even when entering a mall and heard a warm greeting from a security which obviously I do not know and did not know his name makes me as if entering his own home. “Good morning”, “good afternoon”, “how are you? “,” Good to see you again. “

4. Yes.
I’ve chattered at length on a salesman to explain what was to become my order. Several times he interrupted and it makes me quite annoyed. I hope he listened well. But on the other occasions I’ve met someone who did not say anything when I explained my order. At that time I wanted him to say “yes”, “yes” and “yes” as a sign that he is listening and trying to understand my speech.

5. Can.
“Can!” Is one magic word that is always pleasant to hear. That means we as a buyer orders can be met and satisfied. Words “may” not born like that. It stems from a “can do spirit”, and enthusiasm to provide service to every customer.

6. I will try.
Sometimes you are not confident that it can meet all customer orders. The word “may”-also have to deal with different realities. In this case, I as a customer can understand it from getting an adequate and reasonable. But all the disappointment that the plan can be treated with the spirit of relentless action. “I’ll try” is a word that always treat when we know there are things may hinder our order fulfillment.

7. You are right.
As a customer I want to place it on the wind. I do not want to argue with the seller. Rather than argue, I would like to hear the salesman said, “you are right”. Oh yes, I know your mind, actually I was wrong. But I want to be justified. The reason is simple: I am your customer. Therefore, the seller must be able to find creative phrases to win over customers. Because you win customers, you can win the deal.

Certainly not just words. The words just part of a process of complex human communication. More precisely the role is non-verbal communication, such cues, gestures, eye gaze and other body language. Hence the words be uttered with earnest and sincere. That’s where the words will find strength and no longer become a cliché.
